You can pay with most major credit/debit cards, or by transferring part of your existing PayPal balance (if you have one). For more information about PayPal and how it works visit their website.

Cheque

Train tickets will only be sent once funds have cleared. Please allow at least five working days for cheques to clear (on top of the five working days to process your order, as per the below postal guidelines).

Cheques should be made payable to Experience Nottinghamshire Ltd for the attention of: James Jones, Experience Nottinghamshire Ltd, Unit 1.1, Clarendon Park, Clumber Avenue, Nottingham, NG5 1AH, England, United Kingdon.

As a failsafe please also write a contact phone number on the reverse of the cheque in case there are any problems.

Postage

Royal Mail will be used in normal circumstances. A standard postal charge of 50 pence will be added. For recorded or special delivery a five pounds charge will be added.

For Royal Mail’s first class services, and to allow sufficient time to process your ticket request, please order your ticket(s) at least 5 working days prior to the date of travel.

If a postal strike is in force at the time of ordering your ticket(s) we will offer you an express courier delivery service at an additional cost of about £11-£15.

Other

  • First class table service does not operate at weekends in first class but complimentary tea and coffee is available from the buffet carriage if available on the service you are travelling on.
  • Some northern network routes do not have first class carriages.

The Nottinghamshire Convention Bureau reserves the right to refuse to supply conference and events train tickets. Once tickets have been issued they are non refundable. This is because issued tickets will contain journey specific information so cannot be re-used.
